I had an amazing stay at this hotel with superb views of the lake from the restaurant on the top floor. Hotel facilities are top-notch - from a well-maintained gym to small but clean hot springs in the room. The location of this hotel is perfect, next to a beautiful lake with lots of activities to do. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Don't have any issues at all.

We stayed in a peaceful district near a lake, with hourly shuttle buses to the local train station and also Kyoto. Our room was spacious with a fantastic lake view from the window. the bathroom was clean and comfortable. Staff provided friendly service, and breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food.
The hotel could improve its air-conditioning policy as it was uncomfortable sleeping in a stuffy room during the night.

This elegant hotel offered me a luxurious experience, fulfilling my every need. the breakfast with its spectacular view was exceptional and the attentive staff made me feel special. the large and clean indoor swimming pool with the hot spring bath provided soothing relaxation. the well-equipped room had exclusive amenities, a mini fridge, and a balcony for the stunning lake view. the bar/lounge area had various options for a high-quality drink.
The location is a bit far from the city center and sightseeing spots. the shuttle bus service only ran a few times per day, making transportation difficult.

Had an amazing new year celebration at this hotel. The stunning views of the nearby lake and incredible hot spring bath were my favorite aspects. The staff was so friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. They provided a shuttle service to nearby shops and restaurants which was a convenient plus.
The location was a bit remote and we had to travel a long way to get to any other activities or events. The hotel restaurant didn't offer as much variety as I would have liked.

Great view from room and good housekeeping service. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free shuttle service to shopping area.
Old facilities and rude staff. My room had a leaky faucet and the air conditioning didn't work properly.
